Assignment 1 - Visual Composition Assignment
We recently went over how composition is the placement or arrangement of visual elements or ingredients in a work of art. Essentially, it's putting things together so they are pleasing to the eye.
We also reviewed what the Rule of Thirds is and how important compositional elements need to be placed along these lines or intersections to create the frames more exciting.

Assignment 2 - Typography Assignment
Typography is the style of printed matter. So, why is that important? Who reads anyway?
Baseline, Meanline, Cap Height.... What do any of these things mean?
If any of these questions have ever bothered you, today is your lucky day!
Today you are being asked to read the outline and then answer the questions on your assignment.

Assignment 3 - Elements and Principles Assignment
When we talk about design elements and principles, we are essentially describing the fundamental ideas of good visual design.
Remember, when we are talking about elements we are really talking about the ingredients that make a good photo. Those ingredients are:
Line, Shape, Color, Texture, Depth, Tone (value), Light and Positive and Negative Spaces
The principles are the recipes to the photos:
Balance, Emphasis, Repetition, Contrast, Unity and Harmony.
When these two are combined they make a perfect shot.
